How it works offline
Everything is saved on the phone first
Every sale, product and stock movement is saved on the phone instantly. A seller can work the whole day without signal.
It syncs by itself, without losing anything
When the connection returns, sales upload by themselves, even with the app closed. Each sale has a unique ID, so a connection that drops halfway never duplicates it.
No signal at all: the QR code
If a sales point has no signal at all, the owner passes stock changes to the seller with a QR code, from phone to phone.
Built for slow networks
The app opens with what it already has saved and uses the network in the background. Photos are compressed before uploading to use little data.

- Sell with the barcode scanner or by searching by name.
- Charge in cash, bank transfer or mixed payment, and work out the change.
- Print the receipt on a Bluetooth printer or an Android POS with a built-in printer.
- See and adjust the stock of your sales point.
- Record sales on credit, in-house consumption, expenses and cash withdrawals.
- See your shift sales and close the cash register.

Does InvHera really work without internet?
Yes. Sales, stock and reports are saved on the phone and work offline. When the signal returns, everything syncs by itself.
What happens if the connection drops while syncing?
Nothing is lost or duplicated: each sale has a unique ID and the server records it only once. Whatever did not upload is retried automatically.
Can several sellers sell offline at the same time?
Yes. Each seller sells on their own phone and the stock of each sales point is adjusted when they sync.
Do I need a computer or a server?
No. Everything is done from a phone or a tablet. Data is kept in the InvHera cloud and on each phone.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan to start, with up to 10 products and 1 seller. Paid plans add more products, sellers and sales points, and you can try any of them for 30 days.
